Inviting a member to your organization
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Add teammates to Texture and give them the right level of access.
Once your organization is set up, admins can bring in additional teammates at any time from Settings → Roles & Permissions. Each person you invite gets their own login and a role that determines what they can see and manage.
Admin access required Only admins can invite members, manage roles, and manage organization settings such as SSO and multi-factor authentication. If you don't see Invite member, ask an admin in your organization for help.
Invite a member
Open Settings. From the left navigation, click Settings.
Go to Roles & Permissions. This is where you'll see your organization's current members and their roles. [Screenshot: Settings → Roles & Permissions page showing the member list and the Invite member button]
Click Invite member. A form opens for the new teammate's details.
Enter their email address and choose a role. Select Admin or User, then send the invite. [Screenshot: Invite member form with the email field and role selector]
Good to know
Use their work email. Invitees receive an email with a link to create their Texture account or sign in.
Roles can change later. Admins can update a member's role anytime from Roles & Permissions.
Give Admin sparingly. Admins can manage members and security settings, so most teammates only need the User role.
